DATES:

Instructional classes on February 10 and 17, 2021 , 4:30 - 8:30 PM

Written exam and performance test on February 24,2021 ,4:00 - 8:30 PM

All MUST wear face covering at all time.

Latex gloves and safety shoes should be worn on February 17 and 24.

On the  exam date bring a calculator, No.2 pencile and picture ID .

If payments are not made within five dayes of registration , it will be cancelled .

Cancellations ,rescheduling and substitutions will be charged a $50 rescheduling fee if made within 72 hours of start date.
